All listed prices are in US dollars. Shipping and handling as well as tax are already inclusive of the total listed price. Please note, international orders may have additional fees that are due upon delivery, and you are responsible for payment of any and all such amounts. RSJ reserves the right without prior notice to discontinue or change specifications and prices on products and services offered, and does not constitute a warranty of any kind.
RSJ reserves the right to decline or cancel your order, or any portion of it, for any reason. For example, RSJ may cancel an order due to the number of items in inventory being insufficient to fulfill all orders. Similarly, you have the right to cancel your order for any reason until your order has been shipped.
Class Action Waiver: Except where prohibited by law, you expressly waive your right to participate in or bring any class action against RSJ, either in arbitration or in any court, as a lead plaintiff, class representative, class member or private attorney general or as part of a consolidated action.
Certain Small Claims: For Claims that do not exceed $5,000 and do not involve a request for an injunction or other equitable relief, both parties retain the right to seek adjudication in a court in the county or other applicable local jurisdiction of your residence. You waive any right to consolidate or otherwise combine your claim with any claim(s) filed by other persons.
Shipping: Dependable Delivery
Our shipping methods are fast, secure, & covered by us. Under standard shipping, most orders are shipped within 72 business hours and time in transit is usually 2-4 business days, depending on delivery location. All orders shipped anywhere in the US including Puerto Rico, include free shipping. Additional surcharges will apply to international orders.
We include package tracking on all orders, so you can track your jewelry every step of the way—from our door to yours.

Return/Exchange Policy
Returns are not accepted, however exchanges will be issued within 30 days of the purchase date, if received in “as shipped” condition. Exchanges will not be accepted for any item that has been sized, altered, or has been sold in a sale as ‘nonreturnable’. All returns must be prepaid and insured. RSJ reserves the right to refuse the exchange for any merchandise that does not meet the above requirements.

Care
About Gemstones Treatments: Following a rigorous protocol, RSJ verifies and attempts to inform its customers about material treatments of the stones RSJ sells. Despite the procedures in place, it is possible that some forms of treatment may occur without our knowledge.
Care: Avoid contact with perfumes/colognes, lotions, sunscreens, etc. Also note that contact with chlorine, pools, and spas expedites the tarnishing process.
